This is a one day FREE cycling adventure for individuals and families passionate about their active lifestyles. Choose one of three routes to suit your skill level:

Family 10 km ride along the Thames Valley Parkway
~Start time window: 9:45am to 10:15am (as soon as you arrive and sign in, you can begin your adventure)

Recreational 35 km ride along the Thames Valley Parkway and some quiet streets.
~Start time window: 9:15am to 9:45am (as soon as you arrive and sign in, you can begin your adventure)

Intermediate 75 km ride on London streets and quiet rural roads surrounding London and Delaware.
~Pre-ride talk at 8:15am. Start time 8:30am.
